先说下58招聘业务的定位：58同城及旗下赶集网，两个招聘网站号称"蓝领"求职招聘全国最大的平台,下图
蓝领顾名思义，学历、经验、背景要求不高，基层岗位为主，起薪都不高；
题主说的“交易员”，应该是某些非正规金融平台招聘的所谓交易员，其实就是电话销售或网络销售，从事的工作很基础，背话术然后打电话推销金融产品。这种工作在一线城市非常普遍，高薪？这个很难说，但大部分人做不好，因为产品不正规。
总结：从来没有一份工作高薪还要求低。题主慎重考虑！！！

证券类的（正式的），对学历要求特别高，研究生很难进去。满大街招聘的分析师，客户经理等证券上的职位，都是属于第三方的，不是正式员工的，不要误解。而且，这个行业压力很大，拿证券经纪人来说，很多都没有底薪，而且，每月都有任务，拉到的客户第三年就没有提成了，能干到两年的少之又少。谨慎对待此行业，应届毕业生很容易被招聘书忽悠。

Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE) is one of the premier universities specialized in finance and economics in China. 做证券分析师专业最好是金融学，或者是金融下的细分学科，比如证券投资学，但是专业不是最重要的，很多证券公司招人时也找其他专业的，因为每个专业都会有自己的优势。而且课本上学的比较理论化，所以做分析师还需要以后专门培养的。
目前好多证券公司要找研究生来培养成分析师的，所以你想成为分析师还要有读研究生的准备。楼上说的证券从业证是进入证券行业最基本的，这个考试比较容易的，你读大学的时候可以考。
如果在上海读金融的话去上海财经大学或者复旦大学都很好的，个人感觉上财证券学比较好，复旦货币银行、国际金融更好些。
具体课程各个学校设置不太一样，一般金融学有以下课程:政治经济学、西方经济学、财政学、国际经济学、货币银行学、国际金融管理、证券投资学、保险学、商业银行业务管理、中央银行业务、投资银行理论与实务。
