一般叫股票分析師的水平都不會太高，證券分析師好點，一般證券公司和基金公司里的證券分析師叫行業研究員，當然也有做策略的，宏觀的，債券的。
一般的證券分析師分3種，
第三方機構，比如股評家之類。這種的含金量最低，薪水也比較低。
賣方分析師，是證券公司的分析師，薪水根據市場不同而不同。牛市可以拿得很高。熊市就比較慘。
買方分析師，是基金公司的分析師，水平應該說是最高的，年薪很穩定,介於賣方的牛熊之間。
要說廣，賣方的就業面廣;
買方水平最高，對人的要求最苛刻。一般要從上萬份簡歷中（指清華、北大、五道口等名校），篩幾百個面試，再招15個左右實習，最後錄取1到兩個。
