consumer一個使用某種商品的人。
customer一個從某公司買某種商品的人。
So,consumer 不一定是某公司的customer，更簡單一點說就是consumer是基於產品角度，customer 是基於公司角度。

一般把 customer 翻譯做 「客戶「
比如你是杜蕾斯的生產商，那麼中國總代，上海曼倫商貿有限公司，就是你的customer，然後從曼倫進貨的全家就是曼倫的customer，然後隔壁小張買了一盒和妹紙滾床單去了，他是全家的customer，但他不是曼倫也不是你的customer。
但整個鏈條裡面，只有小張是consumer，因為他真把那個杜蕾斯用掉了。
