2.大名鼎鼎的孫成鋼先生，作為神光的創始人、公司首席分析師，從事證券研究達10年之久，在中國證券咨詢界享有很高的聲譽，4月份時證監會依法對其進行行政處罰外，決定認定其為市場禁入者，對其依法實施5年市場禁入行政監管措施，自決定書生效之日起5年內不得從事任何證券業務和擔任上市公司高級管理人員。詳細內容如下：
證監會日前發布公告稱，孫成剛(曾用名孫成鋼)違法買賣股票一案已由證監會調查審理終結，孫成剛違反相關規定，證監會將對其實施市場禁入。
公告稱，經查，1995年6月5日，曾為證券分析師的「名嘴」孫成剛開立了上海股票賬戶A123568832。2004年4月6日，安源實業股份有限公司(以下稱安源股份)2003年年報披露，孫成剛上述股票賬戶中持有該公司22.07萬股流通股，根據持股數量是該公司排名第十位的股東。上述股票賬戶於2000年12月21日起指定在海通證券股份有限公司上海嶗山西路證券營業部進行交易，2004年5月18日該賬戶撤銷指定交易。經查，該賬戶在2000年12月21日至2002年3月25日期間掛於孫成剛配偶王艷紅資金賬戶下，2002年3月26日至2004年5月18日期間掛於孫成剛岳母滕德英資金賬戶下。自2002年3月25日至2004年4月22日，孫成剛股票賬戶除安源股份外，還買賣了其他81隻股票，共計進行了831筆交易，盈利1992110.42元。違法行為發生時，孫成剛系山東神光咨詢服務有限責任公司的大股東、執行董事和首席分析師。
公告指出，孫成剛作為證券投資咨詢機構的高級管理人員及投資咨詢人員，嚴重違反了《證券、期貨投資咨詢管理暫行辦法》和證券法的相關規定，證監會依法對其進行行政處罰外，決定認定其為市場禁入者，對其依法實施5年市場禁入行政監管措施，自本決定書生效之日起5年內不得從事任何證券業務和擔任上市公司高級管理人員。

如果在上海讀金融的話去上海財經大學或者復旦大學都很好的，個人感覺上財證券學比較好，復旦貨幣銀行、國際金融更好些。
