⑴ 如何看待前後40億！蘋果正式了結iPhone降速門
最近，蘋果「降速門」傳得沸沸揚揚，原本因為iPhone 8系列銷量補償導致蘋果被評估機構降低了買入評級，這次事件讓原本焦頭爛額的蘋果雪上加霜，多年來樹立的正面形象被打了個稀爛。
這件事情幾經波折，對於蘋果來說是一次嚴重的信任危機，也是各大手機廠商應該引以為戒的。那麼對於消費者來說，手中的老舊iPhone手機又該何去何從呢？
一個被我們默認了的「事實」
蘋果每年都會推出新手機，但同時也會淘汰掉過老的iPhone，這種情況在數碼產品領域並不罕見，畢竟手機迭代速度只有一年左右，一般兩三年最遲大家都會更換一次設備，從iPhone 4到4s，再到5、5s甚至是6和6s，一直到現在的iPhone 8手機，蘋果每年進行一次迭代，同時iOS系統也在不停的迭代，幾乎也是每年一次，新手機速度自然很快，但老手機伴隨系統更新總是會越來越慢。
其實說到老設備變慢這個問題，不僅僅是iPhone，其他手機也有類似的現象，甚至PC或者其他數碼產品用的時間長了也會有同樣的情況。智能化設備裡面有很多處理器，處理器隨著使用會不斷老化，從而導致速度降低，另外系統軟體隨著使用不斷產生碎片化問題，也會降低速度。所以有一個現象很容易被忽略——老iPhone手機變慢。
⑵ 蘋果致歉降速門/這樣的解決辦法你滿意嗎
北京時間12月29日凌晨消息，蘋果公司周四發表聲明，就其備受爭議的降低老款iPhone手機速度以保護電池穩定性的決定致歉，表示不會故意縮短任何產品的壽命。同時提出了解決方案，蘋果將保修期外的iPhone電池更換價格從從79美元降至29美元，持續時間為1月下旬到2018年12月。
在聲明中，蘋果首先對使消費者感到不滿這件事進行道歉，並稱消費者對於此前的限制手機性能事件存在諸多誤解。表示從來沒有故意縮短蘋果產品的使用壽命或者降低產品的使用體驗。
同時，蘋果還提出了解決方案。明年開始，對於過保的iPhone6或之後的手機型號，電池更換費用從原來的79美元降至29美元。並且將在明年早些時候推送一個新的系統更新，使得用戶能知道更多有關手機電池的狀態信息

我們知道有些人覺得蘋果公司讓你們失望了，對此我們表示抱歉。此事有很多誤解，因此我們樂於澄清，讓你們了解我們正在作出的一些改變。首先要說的是，我們從來都沒有——未來也永遠不會——做任何事情來故意縮短任何蘋果產品的壽命，也不會降低用戶體驗以推動其升級換代。我們的目標一直都是創造出用戶喜愛的產品，而讓iPhone盡可能耐用則是其中的重要內容。
我們聽到了很多來自消費者的反饋，都是有關我們是如何處理電池老化的iPhone的性能表現的，由此給消費者帶來的困擾我們表示道歉。對於此次事件，我們的消費者存在諸多誤解，所以我們想告訴消費者我們的解決方案。
電池是如何老化的
所有充電電池都是消耗性組件，在化學老化過程中，效率會不斷降低，充電能力也會減弱。充電時間與充電次數會影響化學老化過程，但它們並非唯一的因素。
在電池的生命周期內，設備使用也會影響電池的性能。例如，如果將電池放在較熱的環境中，或者在較熱的環境中充電，電池的老化速度會加快。放眼整個產業，這些電池化學特性在鋰離子電池中都是普遍存在的。
在化學老化過程中，電池達到峰值能量負載的能力會削弱，在低電量狀態下更明顯，某些情況下設備甚至會意外關機。
為了幫助客戶進一步了解iPhone充電電池，了解影響電池性能的因素，我們發布一篇文章《了解iPhone性能及其與電池的關系》解釋此問題。
我們認為，如果設備出乎意料突然關機，顯然是不可接受的。我們不希望用戶錯過來電，或者拍照時被中斷，不希望其它iPhone體驗受到干擾，我們盡可能避免出現這樣的事情。
防止意外關機
在一年前的iOS 10.2.1中，我們推送了一個軟體更新，以提升在負載達到高峰時的電源管理，避免iPhone 6、iPhone 6 Plus、iPhone 6s、iPhone 6s Plus以及iPhone SE的意外關機情況。通過這次更新，iOS可以在需要避免關機的情況下，動態管理某些系統組件的最高運行性能。然而這些變化可能並沒有告知用戶，在一些情形下，用戶可能會發現應用打開時間長等性能下降現象。
消費者對於iOS 10.2.1的回應是正面的，因為這次更新的系統成功降低了意外關機的發生次數。我們近期將同類更新擴展至搭載iOS 11.2的iPhone 7、iPhone 7 Plus。
當然，將化學老化的電池更換成新電池，iPhone的性能將在標准條件操作下恢復正常。
近期用戶反饋
今年秋季，我們收到了一些用戶的反饋，這些用戶稱在特定情況下，他們的設備運行變慢。基於我們的經驗，我們一開始認為這是出於兩種因素：1。在iPhone安裝或升級應用時升級操作系統，會出現暫時的性能沖擊，這是正常現象;2。設備系統中還有早先公布的缺陷，這些缺陷在後來已經被修復。
我們現在相信，設備運行變慢還有一種因素，就是舊款iPhone 6/6s設備電池中化學物品持續的老化現象，這些舊款iPhone 6/6s多數還是使用原廠電池。
回應消費者的擔憂
我們一直以來希望我們的消費者能盡可能長期的使用各款iPhone設備。我們對蘋果產品的耐久性及相對於競品更好地保值性感到驕傲。
為了回應我們消費者的擔憂，認識到消費者對我們的忠誠，並重獲對蘋果原先意圖持有懷疑態度的人的信任，我們決定將採取以下措施：
-蘋果將降低超過保修期限的iPhone中的電池更換價格，從原來的79美元降至29美元。此項措施針對需要更換電池的iPhone6及其後代iPhone設備用戶，期限是2018年1月下旬至2018年12月。具體細節請見蘋果官方網站apple.com。

A Message to Our Customers about iPhone Batteries and Performance
We've been hearing feedback from our customers about the way we handle performance for iPhones with older batteries and how we have communicated that process. We know that some of you feel Apple has let you down. We apologize. There's been a lot of misunderstanding about this issue, so we would like to clarify and let you know about some changes we're making.
First and foremost, we have never — and would never — do anything to intentionally shorten the life of any Apple proct, or degrade the user experience to drive customer upgrades. Our goal has always been to create procts that our customers love, and making iPhones last as long as possible is an important part of that.
How batteries age
All rechargeable batteries are consumable components that become less effective as they chemically age and their ability to hold a charge diminishes. Time and the number of times a battery has been charged are not the only factors in this chemical aging process.
Device use also affects the performance of a battery over its lifespan. For example, leaving or charging a battery in a hot environment can cause a battery to age faster. These are characteristics of battery chemistry, common to lithium-ion batteries across the instry.
A chemically aged battery also becomes less capable of delivering peak energy loads, especially in a low state of charge, which may result in a device unexpectedly shutting itself down in some situations.

It should go without saying that we think sudden, unexpected shutdowns are unacceptable. We don't want any of our users to lose a call, miss taking a picture or have any other part of their iPhone experience interrupted if we can avoid it.
Preventing unexpected shutdowns
About a year ago in iOS 10.2.1, we delivered a software update that improves power management ring peak workloads to avoid unexpected shutdowns on iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, and iPhone SE. With the update, iOS dynamically manages the maximum performance of some system components when needed to prevent a shutdown. While these changes may go unnoticed, in some cases users may experience longer launch times for apps and other rections in performance.
Customer response to iOS 10.2.1 was positive, as it successfully reced the occurrence of unexpected shutdowns. We recently extended the same support for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus in iOS 11.2.
Of course, when a chemically aged battery is replaced with a new one, iPhone performance returns to normal when operated in standard conditions.
Recent user feedback
Over the course of this fall, we began to receive feedback from some users who were seeing slower performance in certain situations. Based on our experience, we initially thought this was e to a combination of two factors: a normal, temporary performance impact when upgrading the operating system as iPhone installs new software and updates apps, and minor bugs in the initial release which have since been fixed.
We now believe that another contributor to these user experiences is the continued chemical aging of the batteries in older iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s devices, many of which are still running on their original batteries.
Addressing customer concerns
We've always wanted our customers to be able to use their iPhones as long as possible. We're proud that Apple procts are known for their rability, and for holding their value longer than our competitors' devices.
To address our customers' concerns, to recognize their loyalty and to regain the trust of anyone who may have doubted Apple's intentions, we've decided to take the following steps:
Apple is recing the price of an out-of-warranty iPhone battery replacement by $50 — from $79 to $29 — for anyone with an iPhone 6 or later whose battery needs to be replaced, starting in late January and available worldwide through December 2018. Details will be provided soon on apple.com.
Early in 2018, we will issue an iOS software update with new features that give users more visibility into the health of their iPhone's battery, so they can see for themselves if its condition is affecting performance.
As always, our team is working on ways to make the user experience even better, including improving how we manage performance and avoid unexpected shutdowns as batteries age.
At Apple, our customers' trust means everything to us. We will never stop working to earn and maintain it. We are able to do the work we love only because of your faith and support — and we will never forget that or takeit for granted.
⑶ iPhone降速門為什麼
從官方的解釋來看，是當蘋果手機的電池容量低於設定的值時，手機會自動調整CPU的運行速度，從而「延長」手機的電池使用時間和防止因電池供電不足的意外關機。
其理由其實是不充足的，如果有這樣必要的話，建議當手機容量低於一定值時，由用戶自己來決定是否進入該程序，不妨在設置中設置一個選項，由用戶自己來決定，設定方法可以類似於低電量模式。
⑷ 老用戶怎麼應對iPhone降速門

第三種方法是換電池，換電池主要針對iPhone 6s甚至更早以前的設備，這些設備電池的確老化嚴重，為了避免續航降低太快所以速度限制的比較嚴重。不過僅僅有一部分用戶表示更換電池有效，蘋果官方並沒有直接回應這一方式能否真的解決問題。
當然了限速問題大家可以兩面的看，降低頻率的說法的確站得住腳，防止設備無限制的性能強化，可以有效的降低消耗，畢竟在高消耗下處理器耗電很大，手機也容易高發熱。然而降低頻率如果太多，必然會導致手機卡頓，很多消費者也不願意。
如果蘋果能夠折中一下，給性能和續航之間做一個開關，將開關交給消費者，讓用戶自己選擇不是更好么？
用得起蘋果的人是不會在乎這點錢。除非是哪些用來裝x的！
