⑴ 如何看待前后40亿!苹果正式了结iPhone降速门

最近,苹果“降速门”传得沸沸扬扬,原本因为iPhone 8系列销量补偿导致苹果被评估机构降低了买入评级,这次事件让原本焦头烂额的苹果雪上加霜,多年来树立的正面形象被打了个稀烂。

这件事情几经波折,对于苹果来说是一次严重的信任危机,也是各大手机厂商应该引以为戒的。那么对于消费者来说,手中的老旧iPhone手机又该何去何从呢?
一个被我们默认了的“事实”
苹果每年都会推出新手机,但同时也会淘汰掉过老的iPhone,这种情况在数码产品领域并不罕见,毕竟手机迭代速度只有一年左右,一般两三年最迟大家都会更换一次设备,从iPhone 4到4s,再到5、5s甚至是6和6s,一直到现在的iPhone 8手机,苹果每年进行一次迭代,同时iOS系统也在不停的迭代,几乎也是每年一次,新手机速度自然很快,但老手机伴随系统更新总是会越来越慢。
其实说到老设备变慢这个问题,不仅仅是iPhone,其他手机也有类似的现象,甚至PC或者其他数码产品用的时间长了也会有同样的情况。智能化设备里面有很多处理器,处理器随着使用会不断老化,从而导致速度降低,另外系统软件随着使用不断产生碎片化问题,也会降低速度。所以有一个现象很容易被忽略——老iPhone手机变慢。

⑵ 苹果致歉降速门/这样的解决办法你满意吗

北京时间12月29日凌晨消息,苹果公司周四发表声明,就其备受争议的降低老款iPhone手机速度以保护电池稳定性的决定致歉,表示不会故意缩短任何产品的寿命。同时提出了解决方案,苹果将保修期外的iPhone电池更换价格从从79美元降至29美元,持续时间为1月下旬到2018年12月。

在声明中,苹果首先对使消费者感到不满这件事进行道歉,并称消费者对于此前的限制手机性能事件存在诸多误解。表示从来没有故意缩短苹果产品的使用寿命或者降低产品的使用体验。

同时,苹果还提出了解决方案。明年开始,对于过保的iPhone6或之后的手机型号,电池更换费用从原来的79美元降至29美元。并且将在明年早些时候推送一个新的系统更新,使得用户能知道更多有关手机电池的状态信息

我们知道有些人觉得苹果公司让你们失望了,对此我们表示抱歉。此事有很多误解,因此我们乐于澄清,让你们了解我们正在作出的一些改变。首先要说的是,我们从来都没有——未来也永远不会——做任何事情来故意缩短任何苹果产品的寿命,也不会降低用户体验以推动其升级换代。我们的目标一直都是创造出用户喜爱的产品,而让iPhone尽可能耐用则是其中的重要内容。

我们听到了很多来自消费者的反馈,都是有关我们是如何处理电池老化的iPhone的性能表现的,由此给消费者带来的困扰我们表示道歉。对于此次事件,我们的消费者存在诸多误解,所以我们想告诉消费者我们的解决方案。

电池是如何老化的

所有充电电池都是消耗性组件,在化学老化过程中,效率会不断降低,充电能力也会减弱。充电时间与充电次数会影响化学老化过程,但它们并非唯一的因素。

在电池的生命周期内,设备使用也会影响电池的性能。例如,如果将电池放在较热的环境中,或者在较热的环境中充电,电池的老化速度会加快。放眼整个产业,这些电池化学特性在锂离子电池中都是普遍存在的。

在化学老化过程中,电池达到峰值能量负载的能力会削弱,在低电量状态下更明显,某些情况下设备甚至会意外关机。

为了帮助客户进一步了解iPhone充电电池,了解影响电池性能的因素,我们发布一篇文章《了解iPhone性能及其与电池的关系》解释此问题。

我们认为,如果设备出乎意料突然关机,显然是不可接受的。我们不希望用户错过来电,或者拍照时被中断,不希望其它iPhone体验受到干扰,我们尽可能避免出现这样的事情。

防止意外关机

在一年前的iOS 10.2.1中,我们推送了一个软件更新,以提升在负载达到高峰时的电源管理,避免iPhone 6、iPhone 6 Plus、iPhone 6s、iPhone 6s Plus以及iPhone SE的意外关机情况。通过这次更新,iOS可以在需要避免关机的情况下,动态管理某些系统组件的最高运行性能。然而这些变化可能并没有告知用户,在一些情形下,用户可能会发现应用打开时间长等性能下降现象。

消费者对于iOS 10.2.1的回应是正面的,因为这次更新的系统成功降低了意外关机的发生次数。我们近期将同类更新扩展至搭载iOS 11.2的iPhone 7、iPhone 7 Plus。

当然,将化学老化的电池更换成新电池,iPhone的性能将在标准条件操作下恢复正常。

近期用户反馈

今年秋季,我们收到了一些用户的反馈,这些用户称在特定情况下,他们的设备运行变慢。基于我们的经验,我们一开始认为这是出于两种因素:1。在iPhone安装或升级应用时升级操作系统,会出现暂时的性能冲击,这是正常现象;2。设备系统中还有早先公布的缺陷,这些缺陷在后来已经被修复。

我们现在相信,设备运行变慢还有一种因素,就是旧款iPhone 6/6s设备电池中化学物品持续的老化现象,这些旧款iPhone 6/6s多数还是使用原厂电池。

回应消费者的担忧

我们一直以来希望我们的消费者能尽可能长期的使用各款iPhone设备。我们对苹果产品的耐久性及相对于竞品更好地保值性感到骄傲。

为了回应我们消费者的担忧,认识到消费者对我们的忠诚,并重获对苹果原先意图持有怀疑态度的人的信任,我们决定将采取以下措施:

-苹果将降低超过保修期限的iPhone中的电池更换价格,从原来的79美元降至29美元。此项措施针对需要更换电池的iPhone6及其后代iPhone设备用户,期限是2018年1月下旬至2018年12月。具体细节请见苹果官方网站apple.com。

A Message to Our Customers about iPhone Batteries and Performance

We've been hearing feedback from our customers about the way we handle performance for iPhones with older batteries and how we have communicated that process. We know that some of you feel Apple has let you down. We apologize. There's been a lot of misunderstanding about this issue, so we would like to clarify and let you know about some changes we're making.

First and foremost, we have never — and would never — do anything to intentionally shorten the life of any Apple proct, or degrade the user experience to drive customer upgrades. Our goal has always been to create procts that our customers love, and making iPhones last as long as possible is an important part of that.

How batteries age

All rechargeable batteries are consumable components that become less effective as they chemically age and their ability to hold a charge diminishes. Time and the number of times a battery has been charged are not the only factors in this chemical aging process.

Device use also affects the performance of a battery over its lifespan. For example, leaving or charging a battery in a hot environment can cause a battery to age faster. These are characteristics of battery chemistry, common to lithium-ion batteries across the instry.

A chemically aged battery also becomes less capable of delivering peak energy loads, especially in a low state of charge, which may result in a device unexpectedly shutting itself down in some situations.

It should go without saying that we think sudden, unexpected shutdowns are unacceptable. We don't want any of our users to lose a call, miss taking a picture or have any other part of their iPhone experience interrupted if we can avoid it.

Preventing unexpected shutdowns

About a year ago in iOS 10.2.1, we delivered a software update that improves power management ring peak workloads to avoid unexpected shutdowns on iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, and iPhone SE. With the update, iOS dynamically manages the maximum performance of some system components when needed to prevent a shutdown. While these changes may go unnoticed, in some cases users may experience longer launch times for apps and other rections in performance.

Customer response to iOS 10.2.1 was positive, as it successfully reced the occurrence of unexpected shutdowns. We recently extended the same support for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus in iOS 11.2.

Of course, when a chemically aged battery is replaced with a new one, iPhone performance returns to normal when operated in standard conditions.

Recent user feedback

Over the course of this fall, we began to receive feedback from some users who were seeing slower performance in certain situations. Based on our experience, we initially thought this was e to a combination of two factors: a normal, temporary performance impact when upgrading the operating system as iPhone installs new software and updates apps, and minor bugs in the initial release which have since been fixed.

We now believe that another contributor to these user experiences is the continued chemical aging of the batteries in older iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s devices, many of which are still running on their original batteries.

Addressing customer concerns

We've always wanted our customers to be able to use their iPhones as long as possible. We're proud that Apple procts are known for their rability, and for holding their value longer than our competitors' devices.

To address our customers' concerns, to recognize their loyalty and to regain the trust of anyone who may have doubted Apple's intentions, we've decided to take the following steps:

Apple is recing the price of an out-of-warranty iPhone battery replacement by $50 — from $79 to $29 — for anyone with an iPhone 6 or later whose battery needs to be replaced, starting in late January and available worldwide through December 2018. Details will be provided soon on apple.com.

Early in 2018, we will issue an iOS software update with new features that give users more visibility into the health of their iPhone's battery, so they can see for themselves if its condition is affecting performance.

As always, our team is working on ways to make the user experience even better, including improving how we manage performance and avoid unexpected shutdowns as batteries age.

At Apple, our customers' trust means everything to us. We will never stop working to earn and maintain it. We are able to do the work we love only because of your faith and support — and we will never forget that or takeit for granted.

⑶ iPhone降速门为什么

从官方的解释来看,是当苹果手机的电池容量低于设定的值时,手机会自动调整CPU的运行速度,从而“延长”手机的电池使用时间和防止因电池供电不足的意外关机。

其理由其实是不充足的,如果有这样必要的话,建议当手机容量低于一定值时,由用户自己来决定是否进入该程序,不妨在设置中设置一个选项,由用户自己来决定,设定方法可以类似于低电量模式。

⑷ 老用户怎么应对iPhone降速门

第三种方法是换电池,换电池主要针对iPhone 6s甚至更早以前的设备,这些设备电池的确老化严重,为了避免续航降低太快所以速度限制的比较严重。不过仅仅有一部分用户表示更换电池有效,苹果官方并没有直接回应这一方式能否真的解决问题。

当然了限速问题大家可以两面的看,降低频率的说法的确站得住脚,防止设备无限制的性能强化,可以有效的降低消耗,毕竟在高消耗下处理器耗电很大,手机也容易高发热。然而降低频率如果太多,必然会导致手机卡顿,很多消费者也不愿意。

如果苹果能够折中一下,给性能和续航之间做一个开关,将开关交给消费者,让用户自己选择不是更好么?

用得起苹果的人是不会在乎这点钱。除非是哪些用来装x的!
