"南塑"應該是1994年開廠的,我進過這間廠,那時候只是試產, 主要生產水管電線管及配件, 福利條件嘛,我只能說說我那時1995年的情況了,我那時是做倉管,廠的管理差,可以隨便打卡,也可以不打卡(到月尾找到管卡鍾的人調卡鍾日期補上,呵呵),也可以打了卡後回宿舍睡覺!宿舍那時職員住四個人,二至四樓為宿舍,回字型,最高樓為高層所住,有熱水沖涼,一樓是餐廳及飯堂,如果你有錢又不滿意飯堂的味道可以自已小炒再加一瓶啤酒,嘿嘿,晚上也開餐廳啊,那時我最中意的就是干炒牛河加蛋,邊吃邊看電視, 那時正熱播射鵰英雄傳啊,那時的飯菜嘛,油是很多,塑料飯盆總是洗不凈的油(飯盆是廠發的),但已經過了十多年了,會不會時過境遷呢?包括總經理李振聲的臭脾氣是否會有所收斂呢?哦,對了,如果你不能容忍總經理及其老婆打人的壞脾氣,我勸你還是不要去了, 那年,我記得,發生了一件事, 供神的蘋果被老鼠咬了一口, 人事部的高級文員周文學還沒有發現(他是那時人事部的最高領導了),卻先被李振聲的老婆發現了,"周文學,出來".....叭....可憐的周文學,唉,臉上印了五條紅印啊,現在想想有些後怕,我那麼記得李振聲這個人,不是因為網上有他的資料,而是我的名與他的名只差一字,並且我的一個堂弟就叫李振聲啊,我當初見工時,周文學以為我是大佬聲的細佬添(南塑的人都叫李振聲為大佬聲,我相信這個稱呼到現在也不會變,也可以證明我當初是在南塑成品倉呆過),呵呵,只能提供這么多了.
嘻嘻,幫人幫到底,那時的管理差,加上很多本地的(如丹竹頭啊,守珍街啊)五金店直接到廠拿貨,所以,只要你手上有貨(當然,要成品倉才行,就可以自已賤賣給五金店,賤賣的價錢也是很高的,特別是配件,一個彎頭就十多塊,夠那時的一天工資羅, 怎樣才能有存貨又能帳目清楚?說來簡單,那裡的入倉制度有問題,經常貨入倉而不開入倉單,所以那些貨就多出來自已賣羅,哈哈,我可沒有賣過,你自已看著辦吧!
